Miniseum

In the heart of Tbilisi, the Georgian capital, there is a miniature fairy-tale museum where dolls reside — not just any dolls, but unique author dolls. This place is the Miniseum, a gallery dedicated to these handcrafted creations.

These dolls aren't mass-produced in factories; they're individually crafted by hand. Contemporary Georgian doll artists like Ira Darchiashvili, Marina Bichiashvili, Elena Indjia, Nana Bediashvili, Maia Aladashvili, and Nana Mekantsishvili showcase their works here, each reflecting their unique, individual style.

In the gallery of author dolls, you can not only admire the exhibits but also purchase them if you wish. Additionally, the Miniseum periodically hosts professional master classes on the art of creating author dolls.

The standard ticket price is 10 lari (2024). For schoolchildren and preschoolers, the ticket is 5 lari, and children up to 3 years old can enter for free. The gallery operates daily except Mondays, from 12:00 to 18:00 (12:00 PM to 6:00 PM).
